These terms explain how the Thistle Links website is used at the enquiry stage. They are not the final booking terms for a package or travel service.

Website enquiries are not bookings

Submitting a form, sending an email or discussing an itinerary does not reserve tee times, rooms, transport or experiences and does not create a travel contract. Before any booking is accepted, we will provide a written quote, the applicable customer booking terms and the required information about payment and financial protection. A quote or itinerary discussion alone is not confirmation of a booking.

Availability and itinerary information

Course, hotel, transport and experience information on this site is provided for planning purposes and may change. All proposed arrangements remain subject to supplier availability, supplier terms and final written confirmation.

Prices

Prices labelled “indicative” are planning estimates for the dates, group size and room basis shown. They are subject to availability and a final written quote. Request-a-quote itineraries have no advertised package price. A tailored quotation will state the inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule and period for which the quotation is valid.

Payments and financial protection

No payment is taken through this website. Before Thistle Links accepts payment for any arrangement that falls within applicable package travel rules, the required customer information, booking terms and financial protection arrangements will be put in place.

Customer booking conditions

These website terms do not set a customer deposit percentage or cancellation fee. Any proposed booking will have its own written payment schedule and customer booking conditions, supplied before you agree to book. Those conditions will explain changes, cancellations, refunds and complaints. Nothing in these website terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

External suppliers and links

Links to golf clubs, hotels and other suppliers are provided for convenience. Their own websites, availability and terms are controlled by those organisations.

Photography and intellectual property

Thistle Links branding and original site content may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Supplier photography is used with permission or from supplier-provided collateral and remains the property of its respective owner.
